Sales terms and conditions
- All items are custom made to order.
- Each item is accompanied by a tag with handwritten information about the work and the manufacturing date, also featuring the author's signature.
- Samples in photos are for reference only. The item you will order may differ from the photographed sample, because each work is hand formed over fire rather than cast from a mould.
- I can also manufacture various products according to your ideas or designs. Feel free to contact me, so that I can find out if your design is technically feasible.
- The usual dispatch time for orders up to and including 5 items is 1 to 4 days.
Bigger projects may take a week to complete.
Please note that some items - e.g. mist, sphere or coral from the connoisseur product line - are particularly laborious, and may require even more time.
- Either before or after making an order please contact me to confirm the final price (item price + delivery costs, depending on the shipping method and order size). Rebates are available when either several items are ordered at a time, or when the items are to be smaller than those showcased on the website.
- When the order is made, I will wait for a transfer to the following account:

As soon as the payment is received, the order will be processed and dispatched.
- If arranged beforehand, the ordered items can be collected from my Studio located in Toruń at Wyspiańskiego 32.
- Approximate prices of parcels labelled as glassware (on the territory of Poland) vary from PLN 5.5 (registered mail delivered by Poczta Polska, appropriate for smaller items), through PLN 12 (standard parcel weighing up to 1 kg, Poczta Polska) to PLN 55 (parcel up to 31 kg, DHL). International shipping terms are agreed individually.
- All items have a lifelong warranty - I can repair them unless they have broken into a million pieces.
